Returns Eligibility

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging

  • Products that are used, opened, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective or incorrect items:
    Shape2fit will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Where applicable, any return-related charges (including shipping fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days if the product:

  • Is defective

  • Malfunctions

  • Does not meet its intended purpose

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.


Refund Method

  • Payments made via Cash on Delivery / Card on Delivery → refunded in cash

  • Payments made online via credit/debit card → refunded to the original payment method

Please note: Bank processing times are outside of our control and may affect when the refund appears.


Refund Processing Time

After inspection and approval:

  • Store credit refunds → processed within 3 working days

  • Card refunds → processed within 7 working days

Shape2fit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Cancellation Policy

Is Cancellation Allowed?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled after confirmation but before dispatch.


How to Cancel an Order

You must contact our Customer Support within 1 hour of placing the order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted during working hours via:

If payment was made by card and cancellation is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund or payment reversal promptly.

  • Bank processing timelines are outside of our control.


Cancellation After Dispatch or Delivery

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered:

  • You may cancel within 14 calendar days starting from the day after receiving the product.

  • You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

In such cases:

  • The customer bears the return shipping cost

  • The refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected


Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 calendar days after either:

  • We receive the returned product, or

  • You provide proof that the product has been returned
    (whichever occurs first)

For international shipments, the customer (consignee) is responsible for:

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Any legal or administrative charges

  • Shipments may be inspected by local customs authorities.

  • Some countries require identity documents (ID/passport) for clearance.

  • If a shipment is rejected by customs, responsibility lies with the customer.

Orders within Bahrain will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

  • If delivery fails, the courier will contact you to reschedule
