At Shape2fit, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if the product:

  • Is defective

  • Is damaged

  • Is incorrect

  • Does not meet its intended purpose


Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

Products that are used, opened, damaged by misuse, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Please note: Certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.


Return Shipping Cost

Customer-initiated returns (change of mind):

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Defective or incorrect items:

  • Shape2fit will bear the return shipping cost.

Where applicable, any return-related fees (including shipping charges) may be deducted from the final refunded amount.


Refund Eligibility

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days if the product:

  • Is defective

  • Malfunctions

  • Does not meet its intended purpose

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.


Refund Method

  • Orders paid by Cash on Delivery / Card on Delivery → Refunded in cash

  • Orders paid online via card → Refunded to the original bank account/card used

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and delays caused by banks are outside our control.


Refund Processing Time

After inspection and approval of the returned product:

  • Store credit refunds → Processed within 3 working days

  • Card refunds → Processed within 7 working days

  • Whether the product will be collected from your address, or

  • Where the product should be shipped

We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable courier service.
Shape2fit is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.


Cancellation Policy

Is Cancellation Allowed?

Yes. You have the right to cancel an order after it is confirmed but before it is dispatched.


How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, you must contact our Customer Support:

If payment was made using a credit or debit card and the cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund or payment reversal as soon as possible.
Please note that bank processing timelines are outside of our control.


Cancellation After Dispatch or Delivery

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered:

  • You still have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive the product

  • You must return the product within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected


Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Where products have been returned following cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after:

  • We receive the returned product, or

  • You provide evidence that the product has been returned (whichever occurs first)
